About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be at the heart of the service team, carrying out, repairs,

and servicing on a wide range of vehicles. You'll be working with modern equipment and

have the opportunity to develop your skills further, ensuring every vehicle leaves the garage

in top condition. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of the garage

and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Key Duties

Performing routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of vehicles

Carrying out repairs, including engine, brake, cambelts, clutches , suspension, and

transmission work

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Liaising with customers and providing updates on their vehicles

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally in a busy garage environment

Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to solve complex mechanical issues

Knowledge of a broad range of vehicle makes and models

NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence

Mot Tester experience
