Sales Manager,Luxury Automotive
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Sales
•
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Lotus vehicles.
•
Analyze sales trends and generate detailed reports, presenting performance updates on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
•
Track and evaluate revenue and gross profit to ensure alignment with business objectives.
•
Manage all contractual agreements related to partnerships, suppliers, banks, and landlords.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
•
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to oversee business development projects, including preparing meeting notes, updating project progress, and managing key communications.
•
Understand project scopes and oversee task execution to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
•
Ensure company and board compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards, in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
Brand Development
•
Develop and execute brand strategies, including positioning, channel planning, and platform selection.
•
Lead the creation of new branded products, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand image and drive sales.
•
Strengthen customer relationships and oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
•
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, prepare compelling sales presentations, and work closely with marketing and sales teams to align product offerings with market demand.
•
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend pricing strategies and product enhancements.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, minimize product errors, and support efficient product flow.
•
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; finance background is a plus.
•
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within luxury or high-performance car brands.
•
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•
Deep passion for performance or luxury automobiles.
•
Strong knowledge of Thailands premium/luxury automotive market.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive mindset.
•
Capable problem-solver with the ability to recommend equipment-based or operational solutions.
