Hiring Position : Senior IT Support & Security Specialist Working Condition : On-Site Location : Bangkok, Thailand (BTS Accessible) Pay Rate : THB 55000 to THB 75000

Responsibilities

IT Helpdesk

• Deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot software/firmware for company-managed assets.
• Utilize tools and methodologies to configure operating system setups for deployment.
• Conduct remedial repairs and preventive maintenance on various equipment.
• Employ diagnostic tools to address network connectivity and workstation issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage and update Service Desk tickets within SLAs, keeping stakeholders informed.

Operational Support

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and effective systems support to all team members.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and off-boarding processes for new employees.
• Ensure internal tools and software are up-to-date.
• Assist the Senior HR Manager in operational tasks related to health and safety.
• Maintain hardware, software inventory, and access records.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment approvals, equipment purchases, and budget tracking related to HR operations.

Requirements

• Strong command of English, with effective communication skills.
• Fluent to native proficiency in Thai.
• Previous experience in managing a technology Service Desk or Help Desk preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Ability to forge collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Comfortable working independently to manage workload efficiently.
• Eagerness to tackle complex issues and offer innovative solutions.
• Motivated and goal-oriented, striving to achieve objectives and meet targets.
• Openness to new challenges and willingness to support the introduction of new processes or technologies.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
• Flexible mindset, prepared to assist across hybrid teams (Engineering, Human Resources, Operations).
