Process Maintenance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize OA (Office Automation) processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical and process support for internal teams regarding OA-related issues.
• Assist in identifying and resolving system or workflow inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely process updates.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to OA process maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Level 4 or above), both spoken and written. Strong basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail in process management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
• Prior experience in process management, system support, or related roles is an advantage.
