Purchase Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Purchase Manager to manage raw materials, consumables, tools, and purchase activities, ensuring uninterrupted production for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers for quotations and orders
• Negotiate prices without compromising timelines or quality
• Track and follow up on pending deliveries Develop and maintain a strong supplier base
• Maintain adequate stock of raw materials, consumables, and tools Keep stock records accurate and apply lean practices (FIFO, minimum stock levels)
• Handle inward, outward, and physical stock verification

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in purchase and store roles in a manufacturing unit
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchase processes
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong negotiation skills and cost-conscious mindset
• Disciplined, organized, and able to work independently
