Real Estate Auditor

Responsibilities

• Work with managing agents to compile and complete all aspect of Cooperative and Condominium audits
• Review company's financial records, such as accounts and payroll ledgers, to ensure that all transactions are accounted for
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Review changes in the company's financial status over time
• Assess risk of material misstatement

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent required
• CPA is considered a plus
• 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience
