Marketing Manager (Arabic speakers only)
Job description
Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer, headquarters in Dubai. They are looking forward to adding a dynamic Marketing Manager to support the branding, positioning and launch marketing of premium real estate developments. The role will play a central part in creating culturally relevant Arabic communication, ensuring brand consistency and helping deliver high-impact campaigns across project launches and customer touchpoints.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Arabic marketing and brand communication for real estate projects across launch, campaign and always-on activity.
- Create, review and adapt Arabic copy and content for campaigns, brochures, websites, social media, email, sales material, events and on-ground branding.
- Support project positioning, launch planning, key messaging and integrated campaign execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Digital, PR, Design and agencies.
- Ensure Arabic communication is accurate, culturally relevant, premium in tone and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate creative, media, digital, production and event agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
- Support sales enablement through Arabic brochures, presentations, project collateral and customer communication tools.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer insight and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Key Qualifications
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a strong foundation in real estate project marketing, branding and campaign execution.
- Arabic reading and writing capabilities are mandatory.
- Real estate development experience is strongly preferred, particularly exposure to project launches, premium brand communication and integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Arabic-speaking customer audiences in the UAE/GCC and the ability to translate brand strategy into culturally relevant communication.
- Experience working with creative, media and digital agencies; organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
