𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 : Area Sales Manager (5 Headcounts)

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 : RM7,000 – RM10,000 (Approx. RMB12,000 – 17,000)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Manage regional sales operations including stock flow, distribution, and product freshness
• Execute channel strategies and drive sales growth across assigned territories
• Analyze channel performance and optimize sales at retail and distribution levels
• Implement company policies, promotions, and enhance market visibility
• Oversee full sales cycle (customer management | negotiation | pricing | collection | after-sales | complaint handling)

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Diploma or above in Marketing or related field
• Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years in FMCG (Food/Beverage) + 1 year Malaysia market experience
• Strong experience in MT or TT channel development and expansion
• Good communication skills, strong execution, and team collaboration mindset
