Account Executive

Duties and responsibilities

• Logistics planning
• Capacity Forecasts
• Meet customer service delivery targets
• Damage investigation and root cause analysis
• Collection & Delivery Scheduling
• Update and maintain data in VTS, including daily tracking of vehicles
• Understand and maintain SOPs
• Report performance in daily / monthly meetings
• Understand and maintain customer SOP's

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management
• Excellent communication
• Computer literate
• Fully conversant in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Meet strict deadlines
