Services and Property Manager
Job description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Accountable and responsible for managing the utilities (compressed air HP & LP, refrigeration, , raw material handling, electrical infrastructure, and plant air conditioning.
- Accountable and responsible for managing property maintenance.
- Accountable and responsible for fire protection and security.
- Preparing and managing the utility services and engineering projects budgets
- Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained and optimally utilised.
- Driving cost reduction initiatives
- Designing and implementing maintenance systems in services
- Managing the central workshop
- Managing legal compliance, pressure vessels, Lifts, etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 4 years experience in Engineering or Utilities Manager or Utilities Controller Role
- BSc Engineering degree (Elect/Mech) or B Tech (Elect/Mech) with a GCC Factories
- 3 - 5 years Utilities and Engineering projects experience essential
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Good understanding of OHS Act
