- Provide technical leadership, aligning with business objectives and collaborating across teams.
- Design and architect Java applications using Spring framework and Hibernate.
- Ensure coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain high code quality.
- Oversee database design and optimization for Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Analyze and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new technologies.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Document technical specifications and mentor team members.
