Vacancy: Finance Manager

Location: Paramaribo Zuid

Are you an experienced finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills? We are looking for a Finance Manager who will manage financial processes, lead the finance team, and optimize reporting across the board.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cash, bank, and accounts payable administration
• Prepare and monitor budgets, including monthly analyses
• Ensure accurate and timely (international) financial reports
• Manage the chart of accounts and improve administrative workflows
• Reconcile accounts and post journal entries
• Coordinate payments and tax declarations (e.g. VAT)
• Prepare financial data for audits and year-end closing
• Supervise, coach, and train finance staff

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience with leadership responsibilities
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS (preferred), and reporting standards
• Experience with Exact software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient in Dutch and English
• Analytical, accurate, and results-oriented
