Senior C++ Software Engineer - Trading firm

My client, an trading firm is growing the HK team and seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer to join the Low Latency Development team. This team is pivotal in managing market connections and algorithmic trading systems.

Position Overview

You' ll contribute to the development of market connectivity solutions and core components for the proprietary trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement low latency connectivity solutions for exchanges and trading algorithms, focusing on quoting, hedging, and arbitrage for listed derivatives and delta one products.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to define and refine the functionality of trading algorithms.
• Develop high-performance C++ applications for our core trading infrastructure.
• Ensure robust code quality through thorough testing, including automated testing, and actively engage in code review processes. Provide support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in server-side C++ development on Linux.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, network socket programming, and low latency programming techniques.
• Proven technical design skills and solid data analysis capabilities.
• Have a collaborative approach in a team-oriented environment.
