Technical Lead - Low Latency Trading Systems

Our client is a fast-moving proprietary trading firm building high-performance, low-latency trading systems that power their edge in global markets. Their culture thrives on collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence and were looking for a Technical Lead to help us scale even further.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor top-tier engineers to deliver robust, high-speed trading infrastructure

•

Drive technology strategy and execution across multiple teams

•

Oversee system architecture, performance optimization, and delivery quality

•

Collaborate closely with business and trading teams to turn ideas into production-ready systems

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 4+ in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects end-to-end
• Strong background in Rust (or C++/Java) for building low-latency, high-performance systems
• Deep understanding of systems architecture, performance optimization, and agile development
• Experience in trading systems, low-latency, or HFT environments is highly preferred
