Technical Project Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AVP level) to drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives within their technology division. This is a strategic role for a technically strong project leader who can oversee large-scale modernization efforts across corporate web platforms and cloud-native applications.

You will join a highly technical team and play a key part in shaping the organizations next-generation digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end redesign and modernization of the corporate website.
• Oversee the implementation of a new Content Management System (CMS) preferably open-source (e.g., Strapi).
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements for public market communications.

Maintain operational reliability, uptime, and content accuracy

•

Manage projects involving the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications.

• Work within the organizations private cloud environment and oversee container orchestration (Kubernetes).

•

Leverage cloud platforms including AWS and Huawei Cloud.

• Partner closely with architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. •

10+ years of relevant experience in technology project management.

•

Proven experience leading complex, technical initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments.

•

Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS frameworks, and cloud-native systems.

•

Background in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.

•

Familiarity with local regulatory standards is advantageous.

•

AWS certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
