Job Title : HR Intern Recruitment Location : Rajagiriya Duration : 6 months Type : Internship Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment team. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support in conducting reference checks and document verification
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Prepare weekly reports and update trackers as required
• Support other HR tasks and administrative work as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Passionate about recruitment and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility
