Position: Plater Welder

Location: Ketton, Northampton

Hours: 10hr shifts, Mon-Sun

Dates: 5th-16th Jan

PAYE Pay Rates

Basic Days: £20.73/hr + Holiday Pay

O/T 1: £29.02/hr

O/T 2: £37.32/hr

Travel / Lodge Allowance

The Role

Our client has a requirement for Plater Welders for a shutdown on a cement plant in Ketton from 5th-16th Jan. Duties will include:

• Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
• Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
• Repairing heat distorted steel plate
• Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
• MMA welding on mild steel plate

Essential Requirements

• CCNSG card
• Experience of working on large industrial sites (cement, power, refinery, steel)
