Position: TIG Welders
Location: Isle of Grain, Sittingbourne, Kent
Hours: 10-12hr shifts Mon-Sun
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1-2 weeks
PAYE Pay Rates
Days: Mon-Sun, All Hrs: £25.83/hr Inc Hol Pay
Travel: £18.28/hr travelled
Subsistence: £20.00/day
Lodge: Provided
The Role
Our client has a requirement for TIG Welders for a shutdown on a power station near Sittingbourne, Kent. The work will involve TIG welding on stainless steel plate as part of modifications on the filter house.
Essential Requirements
CCNSG card
Recent TIG codings an advantage
Experience of working on heavy industrial sites, ie power stations, refineries, steelworks etc
Skills and Attributes Required
Flexible approach and adaptable to changing conditions
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and on own initiative
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Positive attitude to safety
Tolerant of diverse working situations and conditions
