Job description

Requisition Title : ServiceNow ITBM Developer

Location : Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Duration : 3-6 Months

Pay Rate : (52.5-60/hr Max) on C2C/W2

Client : Eversource Energy

Must Have: looking for a person who has good hands-on implementation experience in APM, TPM & PPM modules of ITBM . Certification would be a plus.

Job Description : (ServiceNow SME APM)

Must Have skills

  • 7-9 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
  • At least 6 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
  • Well versed with CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework
  • Experience in Configuring various ServiceNow ITBM modules (APM ,PPM, TPM, etc.)
  • Developing Configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
  • Hands-on Experience in developing Service Catalogs
  • Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.
  • Working knowledge of integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM
  • Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
  • Technical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functions
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting. Building custom Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow for various modules
  • Create Configuration Management policies and procedures for tracking IT assets and licensing
  • Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
  • Good knowledge around Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM, implementations in ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
  • Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflows
  • Good understanding of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM ServiceNow Modules

Certification a plus

Certified System Administrator (must have)

Certified Application Developer (good to have)

CIS-Application Portfolio Management (good to have)

Required Skills -

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Integrations and other ITSM, ITBM, ITOM & ITAM modules

2+ years of Experience in ITBM module implementation

Scrum know-how

Good in scripting languages

Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with internal and external customer , Maintain high Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building, High-level presentation to Top Management
