Job description :-

• Overall software development experience of ranging from 2yrs to 10yrs covering our P2, P3, P4 cadre.
• Relative hands-on experience on Varicent development.
• Individual contributor role for P2 whereas for P3/P4 to have some lead experience of managing small team.
• Expected to know about ICM domain knowledge Incentive and compensation management.
• Should be able to work in Agile as well as waterfall project methodologies.
• No location preference as such
• Good communication skills.
• Should be able to handle and work on assignments as a individual contributor
• Experience of working with US customers.
