What Youll Do

As a Flexologist , youll provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients using StretchLabs proprietary methods and your own expertise in movement and anatomy. Youll play a pivotal role in client transformation and studio success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using dynamic and static techniques

Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, posture, and recovery best practices

Build long-term relationships and trust with clients through care and communication

Support first-time client experience and collaborate with sales team to drive membership conversions

Maintain accurate client notes and session documentation

Help keep the studio clean, stocked, and ready for every session

Participate in team trainings, workshops, and ongoing education

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're passionate about helping others move and feel betterand you have the knowledge and personality to back it up. You bring energy, professionalism, and care to every session.

You Must Have One of the Following

A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or a related field

A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

A license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

A background in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, or Barre with human anatomy training (RYT, PMA, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

1+ year of hands-on experience in fitness, health, or wellness

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and movement science

Warm, engaging communicator with excellent client rapport

Collaborative, coachable, and ready to grow with the team

$25/hour for every 50-minute stretch session
