StretchLab High Desert is more than a wellness studio! We are Albuquerque's home for intelligent movement. Located in the heart of the Northeast Heights, our studio empowers people of all ages and activity levels to move better, feel better, and live better through personalized assisted stretching.

We believe in science-backed care, human connection, and lasting transformation. Our certified Flexologists are movement specialists trained to deliver one-on-one stretch sessions that improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall performance. What You Will Do

• Deliver One-on-One Assisted Stretching

Apply your background in anatomy and movement science to lead safe, effective, hands-on stretch sessions. Use techniques like PNF, static, and dynamic stretching to increase range of motion, ease discomfort, and support recovery.

• Educate and Empower

Guide clients through the why behind every movement. Offer insight on posture, mobility, and at-home practices to build confidence and long-term success.

• Build Meaningful Client Relationships

Become a trusted part of each client's wellness journey. Your personality, empathy, and professionalism will turn first sessions into lasting memberships.

• Collaborate and Contribute

Work alongside a passionate team committed to excellence, positivity, and continuous growth. Help shape a welcoming, results-driven studio culture.

Who You Are

You are passionate about helping others move and live better. You bring energy, curiosity, and a science-based approach to every session. You are adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to professional excellence.

You meet one or more of the following qualifications

•

Degree or certification in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field

•

CPT from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NCSF, etc.

•

Licensed as a Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

•

Experience as a Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance instructor with strong anatomy knowledge

Bonus Points For

•

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

•

1+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, or hands-on therapy

•

Familiarity with functional movement and mobility training

•

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
