Compensation: $50,000 base salary + Monthly Commission Opportunities

Position Overview

As the General Manager of our Addison location, youll be the driving force behind studio success. This is a sales-focused leadership role blending personal selling, team management, and local community engagement. Youll own the daily sales pipeline, lead grassroots outreach, build strong client relationships, and foster a positive studio environment where your team thrives.

We're seeking someone passionate about wellness, excited to close sales, and eager to make a lasting impact on clients lives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Performance: Make 50+ outbound calls per day and consistently convert 25%+ of leads into paying wellness and weight loss members.

Lead by Example: Coach the team while modeling best practices in sales, service, and empathy.

Client Relationship Management: Engage new leads, walk-ins, and event attendees with warmth and professionalism.

Community Outreach & Lead Generation: Create and maintain partnerships, organize local events, and generate 50+ new leads monthly.

Studio Operations: Oversee appointment scheduling, daily workflow, inventory, and ensure the studio remains organized, clean, and inviting.

Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and develop a small team of wellness professionals while promoting a high-performance, high-support culture.

Data-Driven Management: Track KPIs, address performance dips proactively, and celebrate wins with the team.

You consistently exceed monthly sales goals and client satisfaction benchmarks.

Your studio becomes known in the Addison community as a top destination for wellness and weight loss support.

Your team is motivated, aligned with Lindoras mission, and thriving under your leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a sales-driven or wellness leadership role

Strong phone sales and in-person closing skills

Proven comfort with outbound calling, lead follow-up, and conducting tours

Experience managing or coaching a small team

Passion for wellness, weight loss, or medical aesthetics

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Full-time availability including Saturdays
