Key Responsibilities

•

Teach a minimum of 5 classes per week , including weekday mornings/evenings and weekend shifts

•

Deliver Pure Barres signature choreography with rhythm, energy, and precision

•

Welcome and guide clients of all fitness levels through a safe, empowering 55-minute class

•

Foster meaningful relationships with members and contribute to a supportive studio environment

•

Provide professional hands-on corrections with care and consent

•

Maintain studio cleanliness and assist between classes to ensure smooth operations

•

Participate in ongoing trainings and quarterly choreography refreshes

•

Support the studios growth by confidently talking to clients about memberships

Our Class Schedule

To be considered, you must be available for

•

MondayFriday : 5:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM

•

Saturday : 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM

•

Sunday : 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM

Weekend availability is required.

What Were Looking For

•

Lives within 30 minutes of Pure Barre Georgetown with reliable transportation

•

Strong presence, confidence, and public speaking skills you love leading a room

•

Experience with rhythm-based movement like dance, cheer, theater, or musical performance is a plus

•

Excellent memorization skills youre confident learning and delivering scripted content

•

Physically able to demonstrate push-ups, light weightlifting, and sustained energy for 55 minutes

•

A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to build a long-term career within the studio

•

Comfortable promoting memberships and helping new clients feel at home

Training Commitment

To become certified, you must complete Pure Barres 100-hour Teacher Training Program , which includes:

•

A 4-day intensive training (virtual or in-person) flexible dates available starting June 16, 2025

•

30 days of virtual coursework and in-studio practice

•

A final filmed test-out class submitted to Pure Barre Corporate

•

A one-year teaching commitment after certification
