Sales Associate - Restore Hyper Wellness
Torrance, CA
Part-Time (20-30 hours/week, Tuesday-Saturday)
$18-$21 per hour + commission opportunities

What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate , you're the front line of the Restore experiencewelcoming guests, educating clients on services, and guiding each person toward a personalized wellness journey. You'll help us grow our community and empower clients to live better.
Sales & Client Engagement
•
Conduct 40 to 50+ outbound calls and follow-ups to leads and former guests
•
Convert walk-ins and inquiries into loyal, returning clients
•
Guide clients through their first visit with enthusiasm and expert knowledge
•
Recommend service packages, memberships, and product bundles
•
Handle objections by aligning services with each client's lifestyle goals
Front Desk & Studio Operations
•
Greet every client with warmth, energy, and professionalism
•
Manage check-ins, bookings, phone inquiries, and client accounts
•
Keep the studio organized, clean, and fully stocked
•
Support smooth day-to-day operations and collaborate with team members
•
Use CRM systems (e.g., Mindbody) to update client notes and follow-ups
Brand Promotion & Studio Growth
•
Participate in local marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach
•
Support in-studio promotions and referral programs
•
Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador inside the studio and out
Who You Are
•
1+ year of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership sales
•
Strong phone and in-person communication skills
•
Confident in closing sales and hitting performance goals
•
Passionate about holistic wellness and helping people feel their best
•
Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and detail-oriented
•
Tech-comfortable and familiar with booking or CRM systems
•
Available Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)
