Sales Associate StretchLab Wyckoff
Location: 525 Cedar Hill Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour plus uncapped commission
Schedule: Part-Time | 20-30 hours per week | Must work 1 weekend day

What You'll Do
Sales and Membership Growth
•
Make 50 or more outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and re-engage past prospects
•
Lead studio tours and intro sessions that educate and convert
•
Confidently close memberships and packages by focusing on long-term value
•
Handle objections with empathy and product knowledge
•
Upsell relevant products and services that support client goals
Client Experience and Studio Operations
•
Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor
•
Manage phone calls, check-ins, scheduling, and payments
•
Work closely with Flexologists and studio leadership to maintain smooth operations
•
Keep the front desk organized, clean, and guest-ready
•
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up tasks using ClubReady or similar CRM software
Marketing and Outreach
•
Support events, fairs, and open houses to drive local awareness
•
Participate in community engagement and local marketing campaigns
•
Represent the StretchLab brand in a professional and compelling way
What We're Looking For
•
At least one year of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, chiropractic, or membership sales
•
Confident making outbound calls and following up with leads
•
Strong closer with consultative selling skills
•
Personable, emotionally intelligent, and motivated by helping others
•
Organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with using CRM platforms
•
Available to work 45 days per week, including one weekend day
•
Able to work 2030 hours per week consistently
