Key Responsibilities
•
Drive Membership Sales : Make 50 or more outbound calls each day to leads, former clients, and prospects. Follow up consistently to generate bookings and convert them into memberships.

Deliver Studio Tours : Greet walk-ins, provide studio tours, and consult with prospective members to match them with the best membership option for their goals.
•
Foster Community : Create authentic relationships with current and prospective members. Be present before and after class to engage, listen, and support.
•
Overcome Objections : Address common concerns such as pricing, time, or uncertainty with empathy and clarity. Connect each conversation back to the person's goals.
•
Support Studio Success : Collaborate with the studio manager and team to ensure a smooth front desk operation and a welcoming environment for all clients.
What You Bring
•
Prior experience in fitness, studio sales, or wellness-related environments (Pure Barre or barre experience strongly preferred)
•
Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable presence
•
Self-motivated and capable of meeting daily outreach and conversion goals
•
Confidence on the phone and comfort working with high call volumes
•
Passion for health, movement, and personal growth
•
Availability on evenings and weekends
