Position Overview We are seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in a General Manager in Training capacity. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys helping others succeed, and is passionate about health and wellness. As a key team member, you will support the studios daily operations while preparing to step into a full General Manager role.
What Youll Do
- Drive studio membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, follow-up, and in-studio presentations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with prospects and current members
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling classes, and responding to inquiries
- Support the General Manager with administrative duties, staff development, and daily studio management
- Track and report sales metrics and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed goals
- Ensure the studio remains welcoming, clean, and professional at all times
What Were Looking For
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized , capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated leader with a desire to grow within the company
- Experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred
- Must be able to work weekdays 8:00 AM 4:30 PM and be available for evenings and weekends as needed
