Locations: Kingwood, TX & River Oaks, TX
Compensation: $50,000 base salary + monthly bonus
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week | 56 days/week, including 23 Saturday mornings/month for events

Role Overview
Were seeking a Sales Manager to lead membership growth, team performance, and client experience. This is a sales-driven leadership role for someone passionate about wellness and motivated to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
•
Drive membership sales and hit monthly targets
•
Lead, coach, and support the front desk team
•
Manage studio performance metrics, scheduling, and daily operations
•
Represent beem light sauna at local marketing and community events (23 Saturday mornings/month)
•
Deliver an outstanding client experience that builds long-term relationships
Qualifications
•
2+ years of sales management or retail leadership experience
•
Passion for health, fitness, or wellness
•
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
•
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
•
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or spa environments preferred
