Position Overview

We are looking for purpose-driven Stretch Therapists to deliver expert assisted stretching sessions using our proven method. Whether you come from a fitness, wellness, or clinical background or are just beginning your hands-on career, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's health and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using the StretchMed® method

Guide clients through each session using our tension scale for real-time feedback

Apply percussion therapy to aid in recovery and relaxation

Track client progress and recommend tailored session plans

Educate clients on the long-term benefits of assisted stretching

Build rapport and provide a professional, safe, and positive client experience

Confidently convert introductory sessions into memberships or multi-session packages

Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards

Support local awareness through events, flyers, and referral promotions

Qualifications

Certified, licensed, or degreed in a related field such as personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy aide, kinesiology, or athletic training

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physically capable of performing assisted stretches, standing for extended periods, and supporting client movement

Able to follow structured systems and protocols

Passionate about health, fitness, movement, and helping others

Reliable availability for a consistent part-time schedule including weekends

Available to start as soon as possible and support the launch of our new studio
