DB2 Forms Analyst duties

Review forms to evaluate the need for revision, consolidation, or discontinuation

Work with business stakeholders to define requirements (stakeholders include Legal, Insurance, and Operations)

Confer with form users to gather recommendations for improvements, considering such characteristics as form necessity, completeness, design, text, and specifications as to size, and number of copies

Design, draft, or prepare finished master copy for new or modified form, or confer with printers representative to specify changes in the format and approve proof copies

Monitor form requests

Create, update, and close form requests as needed

Document form test requirements and defining form test cases

Test forms and document testing results

Communicate with the team and IT regarding testing findings

Validate form changes

Proofread form/contract to ensure changes are complete and accurate

Manage projects as they impact forms

Research form history as needed for Legal or Audit requests

Organize form files

Identify common elements across forms

Train end users
