Overview

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer with at least 3 years of direct Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) experience .

This role is focused on analyzing truck failure data, identifying trends, and driving improvements to vehicle reliability and maintenance performance . The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strong with math and data, and comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Top Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct R&M / Reliability Engineering experience

• Strong data analytics, math, and failure trend analysis skills

• Experience using data to drive vehicle or equipment reliability improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field

• Strong communication skills; this is a customer-facing role

Preferred

• Manufacturing background

• Automotive, truck, or heavy equipment experience
