Remote Vacation Planning Assistant

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Remote Vacation Planning Assistant . In this role, you will support clients as they explore travel options and coordinate vacation experiences.

Client Support & Travel Planning

Responsibilities include

Helping clients research vacation destinations and travel options

•

Coordinating travel details including resorts, cruises, tours, and travel packages

•

Answering client questions and providing helpful travel recommendations

•

Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations

•

Maintaining accurate client booking records and communications

•

Staying updated on travel promotions, destinations, and supplier offerings

•

Supporting clients before and after travel when assistance is needed

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

•

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable using online tools and communication platforms

•

Organized and detail oriented

•

Professional communication style and positive attitude

Previous experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
