Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
- Design and coordinate customized vacation packages including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication
- Stay informed on top destinations, seasonal promotions, and travel trends to provide expert recommendations
- Assist clients with itinerary adjustments and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel experience is a plus)

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
•
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
•
Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
