Job description
Role Overview
To manage ICT systems and infrastructure security, ensuring the availability, integrity and confidentiality of services and data through access management, backup procedures, the implementation of hardening measures, continuous monitoring and incident response.
Key responsibilities
o Administer Windows and Linux systems, ensuring their installation, configuration, updating and hardening, including the management of virtualized environments (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
o Manage Active Directory (accounts, groups and GPOs), the certificate infrastructure (CA/PKI) and the implementation of access control policies, ensuring the traceability and control of privileged accounts
o Ensure the application of information security policies and standards through the implementation of appropriate technical controls, support for audits and vulnerability assessments, and continuous risk mitigation.
o Ensure the backup, integrity, monitoring and recovery of data and systems, guaranteeing business continuity in the event of a failure.
o Manage and monitor network security through firewall configuration, ensuring traffic control and the prevention of unauthorized access.
o Install, configure and manage database instances, ensuring the correct operation and monitoring of resources (CPU, memory and disk).
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field (mandatory); At least 3 years' experience in a similar role; Experience in administering Windows Server and Linux systems; Experience in Active Directory management (GPOs, CA); Experience with SCCM and/or Intune; Experience in virtualization, specifically VMware and/or Hyper-V; Experience with backup solutions, specifically Veeam; Experience with endpoint and server security solutions; Proficiency in hardening and vulnerability management; Knowledge of networking (routing & switching); Knowledge of firewalls (Check Point); Knowledge of SQL Server database administration; Fluency in English (spoken and written);
