Hill Appointments is currently representing our client - An Internationally acclaimed Global Leader in digital content management and royalties in the search for a highly skilled administrator to join their team

Your main tasks will be

· Process and execute new CWR files, including preparing CWR packages

· Register and modify works in the database

· Multi-territorial agreement registration

· Coordinating between the documentation tasks and all clients

· Perform quality assurance (work documentation / matching / carve-in)

· Customer contact regarding administration and copyright

Candidate Requirements

2-4 Years' experience within music industry sector (Ideally publishing or copyrighting)

1-3 Years

• background in auditing, investigations, bank recons, stock control, or similar procedural work.

Strong PC Skills, Some SQL database experience is ideal, Excel advanced is MUST!

Own Transport and driver's license

Strong interpersonal skills

Well-spoken and presented
