Product Controller

Key Requirements

• Monitoring trade activity and processes
• Managing the integrity and accuracy of position report on global positions

for cotton

• Identifying key drivers of P&L for Cotton desk through profit attribution

analysis

• Responsible for the coordination and reconciliation between trading and

accounting books for Asia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the trading position for Cotton division in the Asia Pacific region and reporting to the Global Controller in the US region. Works closely with the trading desk, logistics, and operations team to ensure P&L calculations are accurately captured in trading system and middle office. Conducts analysis on forex exposures, futures and options, logistics costs. Liaises with accounting team every month end; investigates and solves reconciliation issues Daily generation of position report together with mid-office Reconciliation of accounts / stocks for end of month closing
