R&D Chemist - Digital Ink
Job description
This role offers a starting range of $77,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

As an R&D Chemist you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challenges
- Developing new inkjet technologies based on customer needs
- Evaluating raw materials and optimize formulations for cost-savings opportunities
- Providing technical support to manufacturing
- Publishing project reports & other documents direct to sales & customers
- Maintaining laboratory equipment
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- Have 5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experience
- Knowledge of inkjet printing processes
- Demonstrate strong Math and Science skills
- Be Proficient with record-keeping
- Have good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal skills
- Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
- Dispersion development experience
- SAP experience
- Knowledge & experience with UV curing processes and formulations
