Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a waiter/waitress who wants to deliver more than just great service. Our goal is to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest who visits Gaucho. We value initiative, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and grow as part of our professional team.

Your Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include

• Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables
• Recommending food and beverages and taking customer orders
• Serving food, drinks, and wine professionally
• Introducing our salad bar and buffet selection to guests
• Setting and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the dining area is always well-presented
• Operating the POS system and handling payments
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Completing opening and closing duties, as well as daily preparation tasks
• Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures

• Good command of both Finnish and English (additional languages are considered an advantage)
• Previous experience in an à la carte restaurant
