Company Overview
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Lead system architecture definition for advanced semiconductor handling systems, from concept through release
- Translate customer and product requirements into clear system specifications and technical solutions
- Perform system-level analysis (performance, reliability, error budgets) to ensure robust designs
- Drive integration of multidisciplinary domains (mechanics, motion, robotics, software, optics, vision)
- Plan and execute system validation, qualification, and test strategies
- Collaborate closely with Product, Program, and Integration teams to meet milestones and deliverables
- Support field escalations and continuous improvement of released systems
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure execution and delivery
Ways to stand out
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or in other global industries
- Background in motion control, robotics, or precision systems
- Familiarity with image processing / vision algorithms

- Travel required (up to 15%)
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Systems or related). M.Sc. – advantage
- 5+ years of experience in engineering development as designer
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or multidisciplinary product development
- Strong hands-on experience in complex system design, integration, and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to lead technical activities across multiple domains and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity
