Job description
Our client, a national financial services organization, is looking for multiple resources with experience of Oracle WebCenter Sites (Fatwire).
Sr. Oracle WebCenter Sites (Fatwire) Production Support & Developers needed to provide support for enterprise WebSite(s).
This position is onsite in Charlotte, NC.
The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of hands on with this product. Looking for 4 - 5 resources.
Duration: Contract could go for up to 24 months

Targeted Skills & Competencies
Candidate should be a self-starter who can hit the ground running. He/She needs to have strong knowledge of Content Management Systems and web application support and troubleshooting.
Proven experience with troubleshooting production issues quickly and without impact to end users.
Required skills
- Candidate should have HANDS-ON experience with monitoring technologies like Gomez, Splunk, Dynatrace and Wily.
- Specific experience must include some or all of the following:
o Oracle WebCenter Sites, Fatwire CMS, Linux, Java/JEE, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, HTML
o Web Servers & Application Servers - Apache, Oracle Weblogic, Linux
o Databases - Oracle
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of corporate web applications.
Understands how to quickly and efficiently investigate production log files using Splunk and also ability to build Splunk dashboards to bring issues to resolution.
Develops monitoring specifications in compliance with IT Infrastructure
Resolves user issues and suggestions
o Good knowledge of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, integration, and migration functions; possesses a good understanding of programming languages, development tools, and the current environment.
o Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses a good understanding of business requirements and IT strategies.
o Draws on broad knowledge base (e.g., infrastructure, technology, and applications) to analyze problems of moderate complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
o Leverages good design understanding and/or capabilities (e.g., database, application code, reusable objects, and interfaces) to optimize applications in a distributed environment.
o Comfortable enough with business process to effectively document functional requirements for monitoring.
Suggested Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
- 3 to 6 years of IT work experience in systems programming / analysis
- Good working knowledge of application development / analysis and the Information Technology industry; understands their role in supporting business requirements / technical solutions.
- Can operate independently in performing moderately complex applications software development functions.
This position requires working directly for Mitchell Martin on a W2 basis.
