Job SummaryResponsible for supporting project teams by providing expert knowledge and coaching in Agile methods, developing and leading Quality and championing innovation and process improvement. Train and develop high-performing teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization and guide and coach team members and leaders to embrace agile methods. Understand where the teams are in their Agile Digital Transformation journey and offer the right approach to support their growth.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Senior Leadership and other Departments to lead Technology programs in support of the Company's strategic plan as a project/program leadership expert responsible for driving analysis, recommendations, decisions and deliveryDefine and drive complex program plans for multiple, simultaneous, related projects or for a single highly complex project including scope, budget and schedule.
