Be the "face" of one of our outpatient or hospital facilities-and use your administrative skills to impact the lives of our patients and their families. In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of admissions, track, schedule, and follow through with patients who are moving into peritoneal dialysis . You will be speaking and coordinating with Facility Administrators, Registered Nurses and Doctors constantly.

An ability to work with Microsoft Office applications is a MUST! You will constantly be learning new processes and technological applications, so we are looking for someone that is highly organized with great communication and customer service skills. Must be comfortable with traveling to different clinics, following up with patients and staff when needed, and be a TEAM PLAYER.

DaVita functions as a very fast-pasted work environment, so your ability to work at a high level of proficiency with little supervision is essential. We will put your multi-tasking skills to the test!

Full-time Permanent position

40 hours per week

Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

Administrative background and medical background is a plus

BILINGUAL is preferred

Must be comfortable with travel around San Antonio

We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office). You must have a high school diploma or GED. Medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred-as is at least 1 year in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
