To grow our team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d, 40\-60%) at our office in Langenthal, starting immediately or by agreement. Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d, 40\-60%) Start: immediately or by agreement Workplace: Langenthal, Home Office Your main tasks:
- Supports the Head of Marketing in the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy.
- Leads and manages marketing campaigns, including product, brand, and social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn and other digital channels).
- Plans, executes, and further develops marketing initiatives across all channels (online and offline).
- Supports executive management in communication with media and agencies and ensures a clear and professional flow of information to customers, service providers, and suppliers.
- Plans and executes trade fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives and leads negotiations with external service providers.
- Is responsible for coordinating the newsletter and managing and maintaining contact databases. What we are looking for:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (Kauffrau/ EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Further education in marketing (e.g., Marketing Specialist, Marketing Planner, Marketing Manager, or equivalent qualification).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Proficiency in MS Office and other IT tools; experience with marketing software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage. Your personality:
- Self\-driven, creative, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident and professional in building and maintaining relationships with media representatives, customers, and external service providers. What we offer:
