Marketing Manager - Complex Wound Care Plasmacure • Eindhoven Area, NL • 2w geleden The company Plasmacure is a fast-growing MedTech scale-up focused on the treatment of complex wounds. Complex wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers affect 5-10% of elderly globally. They can profoundly impact the lives of those affected and create a huge burden to healthcare systems overall, making-up 2-4% of budgets. Solving the issue of complex wounds and preventing they become chronic, is a massive challenge and is one that Plasmacure is taking head-on. Our patented technology, PLASOMA, uses "cold plasma" to accelerate the wound-healing process. In fact, our latest clinical trial (RCT) shows that PLASOMA helps close 2.5x more complex wounds than standard wound care. Our mission is to "Empower people to live their fullest lives by eliminating the suffering caused by (complex) wounds." Plasmacure has received the "Promising Care" designation in The Netherlands and is rolling out PLASOMA locally and overseas through partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers and distributors. We're seeking a (mid-career) Marketing Manager with fire in the belly to help build our brand and reputation as the transformative leader in global wound care. You will drive branding, Key Opinion Leader programs, thought-leadership, leadgen programs, etcetera. You'll work closely with clinical, commercial and regulatory professionals both inside Plasmacure and with partners in our growing ecosystem. Key responsibilities Brand strategy & management - Develop and activate a program towards building a leading brand, including content, events/congresses, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), etc. - Ensure consistent brand execution across all channels, materials and touchpoints. - Track brand health metrics and report on brand equity, awareness and perception.
