We are growing our Program Management function - and this is where you come in.

As a Project Manager in the Program Management team, you’ll report to the Program Manager and own execution of discrete projects within our company-level programs.

These programs sit at the intersection of software delivery and organizational effectiveness: improving how our product teams plan and operate, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and building the internal systems that keep MacPaw’s strategy moving.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to run a single product team. It’s for someone who understands how software teams work - and is just as comfortable driving a process rollout, improving a governance framework, or getting a company-wide OKR cycle over the finish line.
