- Eindhoven - Engineering - HBO - Tijdelijk naar vast The position As a Cleanroom Contamination Control Engineer, you are responsible for safeguarding and continuously improving contamination control within high-tech cleanroom environments. You play a central role in ensuring cleanroom compliance, operational stability and efficiency across manufacturing operations. You combine hands-on operational support with engineering oversight of cleanroom performance, material flow and personnel behaviour. Acting as a key interface between Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities and Supply Chain, you ensure contamination risks are controlled while production remains efficient and scalable. You contribute to investigations, improvement initiatives and design changes, and you provide guidance and training to teams working inside the cleanroom. Your responsibilities include, among others: - Monitoring and optimising daily cleanroom operations to ensure compliance with ISO classifications, GMP requirements and internal standards - Developing, implementing and maintaining contamination control strategies, protocols and monitoring programs - Analysing environmental monitoring data, investigating excursions and deviations, and driving root cause analysis and CAPA - Collaborating with Facilities and Engineering on HVAC performance, pressure cascades, cleanroom qualification and maintenance planning - Designing and optimising material and personnel flows, including gowning procedures and entry/exit processes - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean or Six Sigma projects, to improve cleanroom performance and efficiency About the company You will join an inte...
