Henkel is seeking talented Marketing and Sales Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by providing key insights and recommendations to our Marketing and Sales teams.

What you´ll do

• Work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities
• Independently manage and maintain your reporting portfolio
• Actively contribute to assigned projects, including setting up new reports and adjusting existing ones
• Developing PowerBI solutions tailored to stakeholder requirements
• Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Participating in regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress

• Business-related studies, preferably in Finance and Controlling
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Active level of English, written & spoken
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel (Min. intermediate level)
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Team player, willing to learn and constantly improve

Salary: €1,450 – €1,700 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
