Your New Role
As the Performance and Planning Lead, you’ll shape how value and performance are defined, measured, and realised ensuring we stay focused on the initiatives that deliver the greatest impact for our members. This is a critical and highly visible role within our Member Growth division, sitting in the Performance & Transformation team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to embed high-quality OKRs, strengthen decision-making, and provide clear, insight-led performance narratives & decisions that drive better outcomes.

- Leaders are making faster, more confident, evidence-based decisions
- There’s a clear link between strategic priorities and measurable outcomes for members
- There is much stronger articulation of ROI and value realisation across the division
How do you exceed our expectations?
- You will bring strong experience in value management, performance measurement or benefits realisation
- Strong project and change management skills with an ability to translate frameworks and models into business operations
- Deep expertise in OKRs (design, coaching and measurement)
- Experience preparing executive-level insights and influencing senior stakeholders

- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
