Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, assisting clients, and helping create exceptional experiences? We are currently seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Account Consultants.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, identify suitable vacation options, and help coordinate travel arrangements from start to finish. You'll serve as a trusted resource throughout the planning process, helping clients feel confident and informed as they prepare for their upcoming travels.

Whether arranging relaxing resort stays, cruise vacations, family getaways, destination celebrations, or international adventures, you'll play an important role in delivering personalized service and memorable travel experiences.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationships and understand individual travel preferences and goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruise options, tours, and vacation experiences
  • Recommend travel solutions that align with client interests, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist with coordinating reservations for hotels, resorts, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Provide timely communication and support throughout the planning and booking process
  • Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and virtual communication channels
  • Work with travel suppliers and industry partners to secure and confirm reservations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, itineraries, and booking details
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier offerings, and industry trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer service, account management, hospitality, travel, or sales-related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
